Nidanam Wellness is one of the leading herbal supplement and ayurvedic products manufacturing company that provides high standard of quality products as well as international standard of services. Our strong reputation is built on our unique infrastructure and excellent customer service.

Customers are our top priority. We leave no area shady for our customers and keep everything transparent and flexible right from manufacturers of the products to marketers and dispatching (FedEx, Speed post, registered Post etc).

Generally, no problem is faced by our customers, but still may be due to some human error if a problem occurs; we provide refunds to our customers so that our customers are at win-win situation.

Under what conditions do we issue refunds?

We issue refund if in case,

• The order was cancelled by the customer from our website before dispatch.
• The customer returns the product following the return policy. Please refer to the return policy of our company.

Return Policy

Nidanam wellness Works strives hard to provide exceptional products to you at right time to bring you amazing experience. However sometimes in rare cases some people wants the products to be returned.

Generally this particular condition is very rare but if it happens, we offer 30 days return policy.

The following rules apply to this policy:

• Preserve original condition. Return of only unused and unopened products are allowed.
• The product should not be tampered.
• We will do a quality check on the return. We will not accept broken, unsealed products at any case.
• We will refund the money as soon as we return back the product.
• The return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer only and the money will be retuned to the customer from total amount minus the local and other government tax.
• It is recommeded that before returning you should share the picture of the original product so that we may approve the whole process fast.
• Please note the return of the product and the refund is completely at company’s discretion.
